Front axle width:

• 1140 mm +/- 5 mm (measured over the external edges of the wheels), used stub axles ø 17 mm, front hubs 76 mm MG

Front axle height:

• the basic position of the front axle is in the middle of the stub axle shoe, it is the most common adjustment

• in case there is little grip on the front axle or the track is wet, the stub axles are to be placed in the lowest position which increases the pressure on the front axle

• in case there is too much grip on the front axle the stub axles are to be placed in the highest position. The front axle pressure will be decreased and the grip reduced.

Toe-out of the front wheels

• for dry: 0 - 2 mm

• for wet: 5 - 10 mm according to the water on the track (the more water the bigger toe-out)

King pins position:

- up eccentric No. 1 (with the number facing to the front), down 0. In case the chassis does not steer enough exchange the top eccentric for an other one with higher number. The bigger castor the more the chassis steers (the recommended eccentric set for a chassis is 4 x eccentric No. 0,5 + 4 x eccentric No. 1 + 4 x eccentric No. 1,5 + 4 x eccentric No. 2)

Rear axle:

• type MS  30 x 5,0 x 950 mm

• rear hubs MG / 67 mm, in case the back slides use MG hubs 98 mm

Seat props:

Both on the left and the right seat there is to be used minimum1 seat prop fitted on the external rear axle bearing carriers in order to make bigger pressure of the driver´s weight on the rear axle.

Set up for wet track:

• make the whole chassis higher, it means fit the front and the rear axle into the low position, make castor angle using the eccentric No. 2,0

• make the maximum width of the front axle, toe-out of front wheels 5-9 mm according to water on the track (the more water the bigger toe-out)

The chassis must be continuously adapted to the actual race track and weather conditions !
